VETERINARY CERTIFICATE B

I........, being the Japanese Government Veterinary Officer at the port of export of the animal for export to New Zealand identified in the attached Zoo-Sanitary Certificate certify that:

1. Japan is free of rabies, and no case of rabies has been detected within the 12 months prior to the date of export of the dog and cat.
   
   
2. he animals were inspected and found to be healthy and fit to travel, and free from the clinical signs of infectious or contagious disease.
   
   
3. All the required documents were examined and found to be correctly completed in accordance with New Zealand import health standard requirements.
   
   
4. The animal was placed in a container that meets IATA standards. The container was fastened with an official seal bearing the number or mark:
